    CPL is making the most of the web to reach out to clients and candidates, through a number of exciting new features on the CPL Jobs site.

    The new-look website contains a latest news section, a blog, polls, RSS feeds, a comprehensive advice section for candidates and a Twitter job feed. Further functionality will be added to the site in 2010.

    The latest news section, of interest to clients and candidates alike, will be updated regularly with news about CPL, news of job creation in Ireland, and updates on the economy.
    The advice section for candidates, which details the job application process, is complemented by a regular blog.

    The CPL blog covers issues relevant to jobseekers as well as topical issues on job seeking and recruitment.

    Twitter users can get tailored job recommendations via Twitter. All recommendations are sent through Twitter’s Direct Message function, to ensure candidates’ jobs searches are private. They will also be tailored to individuals’ career fields.

    The RSS feed function enables jobseekers to receive notifications of jobs they are interested in, as they happen, via e-mail, their phones or a feed reader.
